Information needed to provide my services — including details about your property requirements, and, where I am engaged, identity and due-diligence information I am legally required to collect under Anti-Money Laundering regulations (which may include proof of identity and source of funds).
Website information — limited technical data such as your device and browsing information, collected through the website. See “Cookies” below.
How I use your information
I use your personal information to:
respond to your enquiry and communicate with you;
provide the advisory services you have engaged me for;
meet my legal and regulatory obligations, including Anti-Money Laundering checks and record-keeping;
keep records of my work; and
manage my business.
I will only use your information for the purposes for which it was collected, unless I reasonably consider I need to use it for a related reason.
Legal basis for processing
I process your information on the following bases:
Consent — where you have contacted me or agreed for me to hold your details.
Contract — where processing is necessary to provide services you have engaged me for.
Legal obligation — where I am required to process information, for example under Anti-Money Laundering law.
